I choose you. And I’ll choose you, over and over and over. Without pause, without a doubt, in a heartbeat. I’ll keep choosing you.
Last weekend I had the privilege to photograph an old acquaintance’s wedding day, which I’m hoping leads us into becoming actual friends. So you both really should anticipate for me to show up on your doorstep in Germany…I have no shame! Ha!
Jay + Becky decided to get married on Becky’s parent’s farm just outside of Gig Harbor, and because they are both stationed in Germany at the moment, they knew that they would want to keep it simple. And simple it was, but it was nothing short of perfection.
We had the best weather, the details were beautiful, the timeline was simple, and the love from friends and family was abundant – it was probably the most relaxed I’ve ever seen a bride and groom on their wedding day. Which, in reality, is the way it really should be! Also, I’m especially in love with Becky + Jay’s gallery, because for once I didn’t chase the sun during sunset, and it was totally worth it. We ran into the woods and chased the shadows, and the finished product makes my heart skip a beat.
So, Becky + Jay, thank you for letting me be a part of your spectacular day and for doing whatever I told you to do! You guys are the best and I hope you’re both having the time of your lives in Thailand!
